Hi, I’m Bex, I’m one of your Rainbow Riders ride leaders.
I love cycling so much I actually had a mini cycle ride to my wedding venue when I married Hannah in 2022.
I’ve been riding and commuting to work for years, so i’m particularly adept at riding with a coffee. IM a massive Brompton fan so quiz me about them anytime.
In my opinion, all good rides have a good cafe stop, no one wants a hangry Bex!
I try and regularly attend the Manchester Critical Mass on the last Friday of the month, and sometimes Carlos, my dog comes along in his travel rucksack.

I’ve been riding most of my life and….
Outside of cycling, I restore vintage cars and I run a model railways business and am a keen rower too and not to blow my own trumpet but i blow my own cornet in a brass band!

Hey! I’m Zach, I’m one of your Rainbow Riders ride leaders. I first started riding with ODL, then PRiDE OUT.
The longest ride I’ve completed was Ride Clwyd in 2019 it was 70 miles and hilly AF. I don’t love a hill so had to walk up most of them but I was so proud of the achievement.
I had a dream to go on a cycle holiday in the Netherlands – so check out the Rainbow Riders’ 2023 cycle holiday as I helped to organise exactly that!.
Outside of cycling, I’m a fair weather runner with Manchester Hash House Harriers (not that kind of hash) we run twice a month in and around Greater Manchester.
I have a dog, Rocky and a fat cat named Tank!
